VizKeeper Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and YOMOO LLC ("we", "us") for your use of the VizKeeper app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to them. If you got the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict on the license to use the App, Apple's agreement controls.

1. Using the App

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App, use it unlawfully, or try to get around its limits, credits or security.

2. Your content

Everything you save stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the features you use, for example sending a save to an AI provider to organize it or answer your question, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to save and use the content you add.

3. AI features

Organizing, Ask answers and AI cover images are produced by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important details (such as dates, amounts, codes and travel information) against the original before relying on them. AI covers are illustrations made from a save's title and summary.

4. Plans, credits and purchases

5. Your account

The App creates an anonymous account so your plan and credits work. You can link it to Sign in with Apple or Google to keep them on another device. You can delete your account at any time in the App; this removes your plan, credits and server records, and unused credits are lost. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

6. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, and update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it. The App depends on third-party services and may sometimes be unavailable.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending use

You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service, for example by abusing credits.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
